When can I test?

Hello all! I hope all are having an amazing day! I am new to using glow. I am 24 and have PCOS and had a polyp removed in July (all came back negative). Any way I am taking prenatal's and maca. Now for my question lol. According to the app my fertile days were from 22-28.

When can I do a home pregnancy test? I have an idea of when I ovulated, but I don't know 100%.
