Losing weight!!!
Hi girlies!!
I’m 16 and very unhappy with my weight!! I feel like I’m constantly bloated. I really want to lose just a bit more and get a bit more toned and just all round have a healthier lifestyle.... I don’t have the money to pay for the gym and I can’t go running because the impact on my legs.... just wondering if anyone knows any exercises to get ur stomach more toned and ways to maybe lose a bit of weight.
