My MIL was complaining that the pedicurist who was cleaning her feet didn’t speak English and she was really upset because of that... went on a rant on that she shouldn’t even be certified to be working in as a tech if she can’t speak English. I wasn’t there while she was getting her toes done but she asked me if the nail tech who does my nails speaks English and I said yes, she has an accent but if I can’t understand her I just ask her if she can repeat herself. I’ve never been in this situation but do you all think the pedicurist should speak English or its excusable ?
