Was it chemical??

Okay ladies, so my sister and I were talking about miscarriages because I asked if she was going to try again any time soon. I mentioned how mid-2018, I had a late period and then a week or two later had really bad pains. It was so bad I remember nothing soothed it, not a bath or laying down, nothing. My husband had to lift me out of the bathtub and I couldn’t even stand. I was screaming at him to make the pain stop and of course him being logical reminded me he couldn’t. I was crying, naked on my bathroom floor feeling like I was going to die from the pain. It was in my lower abdomen and my lower back. There wasn’t any blood though. When I told her everything she said it could’ve been a chemical pregnancy. What do you ladies think?? Do you agree or maybe have another idea of what it could have been??
