4 weeks 6 days placement scan to verify not ectopic. Hcg was higher end of normal but they stopped trending. I am hopeful for twins. Anyone have single sac this early and twins found later?

Do you mind me asking why you had an ultrasound to verify it was not ectopic? I only ask bc I am 4w2d and I have had a constant dull pain on the left side for multiple days and I am concerned.
