Missed Doc call now panicking

So I don't get off till 5 and my OB office called at 4:30 and close at 5. Yesterday I got labs done because my blood pressure was starting to get high. 4 weeks ago it was 136/?. Yesterday it was 140/73. I just did the labs yesterday so I'm really nervous why they're calling already. Some say they will call again if it's urgent or they'll let you know in the voicemail. All they said was if you could call us back. But now I'm freaking out because I don't want anything to be wrong and I can't call till late morning tomorrow 🤦
