Lumps in lower leg
I need advice, my doctors dont seem to want to listen to me about this, so here i am posting for hopefully some kind of answers or advice.
Over a year ago i fell down some stairs and bruised my lower left shin bone, i went to a doctor who refused to look for over 3 months, after some other serious issues she also neglected, i decided to change doctors. At the time i had switched doctors and began seeing my new doctor our main concern was a painful cyst on my ovary, which resolved itself. Shortly after discovering this via ultrasound, i found out i was pregnant and began care at a womens clinic with midwives. Since september the lump on my shin has bruised around it and has seemed to spreas through two veins and created two more lumps about 2 inches from the original lump. These lumps are hard to move, painful, and feel like marbles under the skin. My ankle has obvious swelling and i have been short of breath when doing even a small amount of walking around the house. I went to see my primary care provider as midwives regularly sent me to a pcp for anything not regarding pregnancy in my previous pregnancies with my two daughters. After seeing a doctor who works with my doctor, she thought it was blood clots, she had my pcp come and give her opinion as the same, although they mentioned it did not look like a typical case of superficial thrombophelitis. They also said neither of them normally work with women who are pregnant, and suggested i schedule a follow up appointment with my midwifery team. Today i was sent for an ultrasound for this which they looked for both deep vein thrombolitis and superficial thrombophlebitis, yet said they saw nothing. I then called the midwives and relayed the news from the ultrasound, which they in turn decided that they would diagnose me over the phone with vericose veins which are a common problem resulting from pregnancy and that it should resolve sometime after i give birth.
Now this being my third pregnancy, and having dealt with this prior to this pregnancy, i have my doubts on this diagnosis. I also have had family members who have been diagnosed woth vericose veins at other points intheir lives say this is nothing like how theirs looked at any time, and they never had hard lumps that protruded at the ends of these so called veins.
I am unsure now of how to get the care i need and an accurate diagnosis before my son is born and something more serious results from this as it has now increased in pain up my leg from the ultrasound pushing on the lumps. Any advice is welcome.
Attached are pictures of it regulaely and when getting out of the shower, the redder one is after the hot shower. Help please!?

Update: Still not sure what this is, doctors won't do any scans due to worries of the pregnancy. As of today, my doctor guessed that it was most relatable to erythema nodosum. However, after the current amount of puzzled doctors and misdiagnosis on this, I am not so convinced. As of this past week of being told to be more active, it hurts more than before. Instead of the lumps hurting, its the tissue around it that feels bruised. My ankle, knee, hip, and back have all felt inflamed, irritated, and achey. At times when squatting or extending the foot too far up or down, there is a tingling pins and needles feeling that shoots from the arch of my foot to the inner side of my calf. Also, I have now realized this is definitely affecting the rest of my body more than I had originally thought. By the end of the night my lumbar spine and hips have began to cramp up making it hard to hold my own body weight while walking up the stairs to bed. Hoping for more answers soon, as all of medications normally used to treat this are not supposed to be used during pregnancy. Well, heres to 4 more months of waiting to find out if this is the true diagnosis. 😖 I'll keep ya guys updated 😐
