Ugh! Sick of feeling icky! Tweak maybe? Anyone see anything?

AF due in four days. The tested this morning BFN. But I feel like total garbage. Headache, backache, nausea, and generally out of it. I have like medicine head if that makes sense but have taken nothing.... Sigh.
