Need IUI cycle advice HELLPP

I think my doctor may be doing my

too early for my cycle. My cycles average 32 days in length. I had my follicle u/s on 12/31 and I did my trigger on Jan 1, had my

Jan 3 (CD 14). I think that I normally ovulate later than this, because now it’s predicting my AF to start today because I changed the app to say I ovulated on the 3rd which is when the shot would have made me ovulate, and normally it would start af on 1/20. Do you think she’s having me trigger too early? Is it possible to not ovulate 24-36 after the shot if your body isn’t ready? Thank you. I’m just lost. Lol. Help me.
