Need to lose weight
Hey ladies so basically I’ve been wanting to lose weight for a while cause I do not want to get over 150 lbs but as the scale keeps getting closer to it I need to start doing something. I have a big family( I’m 15 btw) and so I can’t change my food too much but what are some quick and easy weight loss tips so I can get my spring break body. These are some pics
