Work stress help?
So, any help from those in the medical community would be great.
I’m a medical assistant (student) I got a job before graduating and before taking the CMA (AAMA) exam, I’m not worried about passing the test, not worried about classes I’m still taking, I’m worried about work!
I seriously stress all the time about making mistakes, and maybe my office not wanting to “keep me” I’ve been trying really hard, yet I feel sometimes I still come up short. When I make “small mistakes” they always seem to happen in front of the same person before I have the chance to fix them. I just want to not ever make mistakes, and I’m just stressing myself out about being perfect.
Cause not being perfect could do serious harm to someone in the medical field..
How do I relax?? (Btw, I have high functioning anxiety and not on any meds)
