Birth-control - sex with and without condoms..

I am on a 21 day birth control pill - Mycrogynon. My partner and I hate condoms because of the lube, it kind of turns us off. I would like to know, if I am taking birth control pill perfectly (I mean everyfay at the same hour 8:15pm) is it safe to have sex without condoms? (No babies??) is it safer with withdrawal?
