BCP while TTC desperately 😭

I will be on my last pack of Birth Control Pills. (Dr. Prescribed me due to irregularity and ovulation) however I've been researching and I've been reading how BCP doesn't regulate periods but creates artificial cycles. I've been TTC for two years now. I hope I may still be able to concieve. I've had one child with no complications but it's been really hard for us to concieve our second. Do I still have chance and hope? Will BCP actually help me once I come off it?
