Baby acne?

How long does it take to go away? My little guy is 3 weeks old tomorrow. It appeared earlier this week. I know it's a result of hormones and nothing can really help it. Just wondering how long it'll take to go away.

My daughter had it really bad for about 2-3 days (she will be 4 weeks on Wednesday). I put aquaphor lotion on it and it cleared up almost completely!

Try putting breast milk on it! Helps a lot!!

I put my breast milk on my sons face who's acne showed up around 3weels, and it was gone in 2days! I know it sounds odd but that stuff is gold! Best wishes

My baby had really bad baby acne too, we use california baby calendula & its gone in 3 days! Its amazing
