So grumpy

I keep waking up at like 1-2am everyday. I stay up for what seems like eternity. Then fall asleep, to wake up at 7 to get ready for work—and work 8 LONG HOURS. This puts in the ugliest mood at work, along with a headache...I h8 it. I am trying avoid sleep meds but damn, this might be what I need. I can’t keep this up.
