How many hours sleep are you getting?

I get 8 total but it’s not constant. I wake up multiple times a night.

It doesn’t matter if I get 5 hours or 10 hours, I’m just tired all the time. I average around 8 hours, which means I have to go to bed no later than 9pm to wake up at 5-6am with my two year old 😩🙄🤦🏼‍♀️ Sometimes I go to bed right after she does at 7:30pm.

I take unisom so I can sleep. I have a spinal cord injury with nerve damage and haven’t been able to take any of my meds since getting pregnant so it’s the only thing that helps me.

Okay in all seriousness... I’m so tired during the day I feel like I’m not being a good mom to my 3 year old. Today I fell asleep in her playroom on the floor. I woke up and she was still playing and she was ok. Then later today I was so tired I just gave her snacks for dinner and I didn’t eat. I was too tired to cook. Now I’m lying with her on her bedroom floor while she settles in bed. Most nights I fall asleep on the floor way before she falls asleep... not sure how to be a good mother while being so tired...

7-8 hours and usually up once to pee. If I don’t get 8 hours I’m a monster. Lol. Husband functions on 4 perfectly and it has taken him years to realize that he needs to let me get my sleep or I will kill him 😂😂

Definitely a lot lighter of a sleeper these days. Waking up to pee a few times a night. Also my husband works evenings so when he comes to bed I’m wide awake. And struggle to get comfortable again. But I don’t mind chatting with him about our days when I don’t see him all day because I’m at work. 🤷🏼‍♀️

My daughters been waking up at 530 every morning 😳 I also work 7 am - 630 Pm Monday-Friday so no time to sleep ever! If given the opportunity, 10 hours a night. 
My husband did the morning shift a Sunday a few weeks ago and I slept until 9 am!!

It depends. Some nights I get good sleep. I always wake up to pee though. Sometimes my two yr old gets up. Sometimes I sleep for five hours and then I’m just so wired I can’t get back to sleep. It is all over the map!

Usually 6 but that’s only because I refuse to put my book down and go to bed in a timely manner despite being tired.
