Anyone else have a baby and toddler that will be sharing a room?

I'm kinda scared to start the transition but my lo has been sleeping through the night since 5-6 weeks. I'm transitioning her to our toddlers room at 6 months. My almost 2 year old still sleeps in the crib so we need to move her over to her bed too! Any advise on moving out toddler to her big bed? Advise on having a baby and a toddler in the same room?

I have a toddler and a 3 month old . Toddler sleeps between mom and dad and sometime in his own bed. Depends on his mood . But I would recommend, before u transit ur younger one ... start the transition for your toddler first from crib to bed . After a week of successful transition start with ur younger one ! We aren’t able to do this since we don’t have an extra room for kids .... but if I was u I would try this out

We will be eventually. We switched our toddler to a toddler bed when she was 19 months old. She did great. We just told her she wasn't allowed to get off the bed and she doesn't at night. And she is usually very mischievous. We also have a security camera in her room that we can talk through. She hates that lol! I'm going to wait to move the baby  to her room until she (the baby) consistently sleeps through the night.

No advice yet but we will be in the same situation. My two year old transitioned to a twin bed surprisingly really well at 18 months and just this week she moved to the top bunk (again surprisingly smooth). Once our little guy isn’t waking up at night we will move his crib into her room. For now he is in his crib in our room. Then when he is around 18 months we will move him to the twin bed below her :) fingers crossed it goes smooth! Best of luck with the room sharing. Our friends who have extra bedrooms think we are nuts but our bungalow only has the two rooms upstairs haha.
