I’ve recently decided that it’s time for me to lose weight. I’ve completely changed my diet. But the biggest crave or comfort food I miss is ice cream. I’ve tried halo top and I hate it. Some ppl tell me that a “cheat” food every now and then is ok. But I’ve been down this road before and I know one I “cheat” it’s hard for me to get back on track. Any “good for you” comfort food (esp. ice cream) recommendations that you guys have? Also any recommendations on how to shake cravings?? Thanks 😊
