I had a rash come on both arms was so itchy at first it tuk months before it went away and then out of no where its back and its dry and i would say liked scaby but i have scratched it or anything and its not as utchy as the first time i had it but now its just spreading all down my hands it looks horrible and all doctors say is pregnancy rash. Any ideas please

I have tried some creams sudocrem , savolon , baby lotion , Vaseline and a medicated one from the doctors that burnt so so so freaking bad
