Is it to early for people to know your pregnant, what do you think?

Is it bad to tell your friends your pregnant , I'm Spanish and we think people start giving the evil eye when they find out. ?? I just think it's ridiculous, I'm so happy , it's my first pregnancy been trying for years , it's a miracle

I talked to my therapist about this, actually. She suggested not planning too much cause it could completely change depending on what kind of support you need. For example, I told a friend the day I found out; I told a co-worker I trusted last week cause I was making mistakes at work; I told my sister yesterday cause my morning sickness was horrendous and I knew she could offer advice. I don't know when I'll tell my mom, but I'm sure some day I'll be feeling crappy and just think, "I want mom's help." There's no right or wrong way - just want makes sense to you.

We won't be telling family till our appointment where we see Peanut (8 weeks) and probably won't announce to friends till 12+ weeks. May not make it FB official till we find out the sex tho; I've had several late losses that I'd rather not share with the world

I told my mum n best mates as I have moved States and they were here last week for our house warming. I'm now 6wk today. He won't tell anyone as thinks it's bad luck n we've lost 3 already. But my view is I'm telling the ppl who in pregnancy or loss, I want by my side. We won't officially announce until we get back from NZ at end of October and I'll be 14wks then. 
I can't hide much from my mum anyway...if I didn't tell her she would know as we have a weird connection n she goes thru what I go through - so for the last week badly she's suffered nausea haha!

When i found out i told the father, then two close friends (my sister was in the bathroom with me when i took the test lol) then he just told his family today, all very excited n supportive! My sister has two kids, one friend has one n my so's sister has two kids, so with all my questions since this is my first baby I have a few people to ask. Im waiting until my second trimester to announce it on facebook just incase because miscarriages are in both of our families

It's up to each person. With my first pregnancy, i called my best friend from childhood (3 kids at that point), my BFF (1 kid) and my identical twin (1 kid) all before I told hubby bc we weren't suppose to be able to get pregnant and I needed their words of support and advice. This time I called hubby into the bathroom after I took the test kinda as a joke not thinking it would be +. Right after that I sent a pic to my BFF who is having her 2nd child in ~2wks as that's how she told me. I also told my mom who was kinda mean about it saying why wasn't I using protection. I've told some co-workers and my boss. Just think about your family and your situation. Would you get their support or would they just be negative?
