11 DPO Am I crazy y’all? Or is that a faint line?!

Hello everyone! My Love and I have been TTC since August of 2018. I had the Mirena prior for about a year.

I am about 11 DPO and since then I’ve been feeling a little crazy.. little sharp cramps every now and then, Nausea, food aversion and Super emotional! Literally work up one morning crying over a simple hair style. Took a pregnancy test a cheapie from Walmart and when I first used the test a Horizontal line went straight across then I got this pic below after a min or two.. Help anyone?
