Should I go in?

Question

Called labor & delivery earlier today due to intense contractions. Was told drink a bunch of water and lay down and eat and see how I feel afterwards. Well, fast forward a couple hours, drank close to 100oz of water and ate dinner. Timed my contractions the last hour.

It won't hurt to call. 
With my dd1 I had contractions like this constantly. Painful, took my breath away, would go on for hours and then stop. 
I was in prodomal labor for 3 weeks and had to be induced. 
My dd1 was sunny side up, and it caused the contractions that didn't progress my cervix at all. 
It could be serious, or it could be nothing.

I just went in last night mine were 10 min apart for a couple hours 
Turns out I’m not dilated but I’m 50% effaced so im on pelvic rest and was told I can’t work for a week and need to lay down and rest as much as possible 
They want her to stay in for another 5 weeks if possible and I’ll be 37 weeks then

I would go in. This happened to me Monday morning and they needed to give me meds to stop my contractions. My contractions were 3 minutes apart for more than an hour

My doc said to call when contractions are 5 min apart for a full hour
