So I could really use some words of encouragement because for about the past month DD has been extremely clingy and whiny. I cant walk away from her without her crying. She will want to be carried but then cries if I pick her up and then when I go to put her down she will cry even more. She does this with everything like if she gives me a toy she cries.

She usually slept 8pm to 8am-9am ish but now she will fall asleep at 8 but wakes up at 12 and then again at 4am not wanting to fall back asleep. It has been very physically and emotionally draining. I feel so exhausted and I want to cry because it feels like this phase isn't going to end and she is not teething or sick.

Any advice or words of encouragement would be very helpful, I am a FTM so I dont know what to do.
