I think that if you love someone because of what's on the inside, you'd also be physically attracted to them because everyone has different likes and dislikes. To others your SO might not be attractive but since you know the kind of person that they are, you find your SO attractive :)

Totally depends on the person. Some people don’t need to be physically attracted to someone to find them attractive. I need physical attraction.
