A while ago, I wrote on here about my first crush on a girl. That ended quickly because she legit sung a song about being straight. Now, a few crushes later, and still very awkward about it, I've come for girl advice yet again. Ok, so I have a crush on a girl named Ava. I've only known her a few months, but we're friends. We have a lot in common but we weren't really all that close it anything, but now even before I had a crush on her she's been making an effort to start conversations. Not only that but she compliments my outfit/sense of style every day, and my looks. I find my self staring at her sometimes, but then I immediately look away. I normally hate being stared at, and don't want to make her feel uncomfortable. The thing is tho, whenever I start to stare at her she's normally staring at me. I thought that although I can be a blubbering idiot around her, I actually might have a chance. Then, after saying that she loved my sense of style for the 5th time this week, she hit me with the dreaded "no homo". I was a little sad, but whatever. You're not always going to get the girl. I am confused, however, as to why she's paying so much attention to me. She compliments me all the time, but almost never even compliments her best friends. Today when we were playing a game in class where we had to pick a title for each person in the class, she said that they were like sisters, aunts, and grandmothers, but "*insert my name* is queen.", loudly to the whole class. She is confusing me, and I'll take any and all advice. Thank you! Also, should I get her number?
