So my ds1 is 17.3 months old and has been horrendous with sleep for the last 2 weeks refusing to nap in his cot refusing bedtime even though he’s tired. He has got 1 molar completely come through now but got 2 top ones on their way can feel them just starting to break through the gums. We give calpol etc but he still doesn’t settle he seems fine all day no crying over them at all still eating and drinking fine but soon as bed time comes bamm constant crying and standing in his cot. I’m not convinced it’s teething as surely he would be in pain during the day too? My oh slept on the sofa last night and ds stayed in with me after he woke at 11 hysterical as soon as he was in bed with me he was asleep in seconds and didn’t wake til 7am this morning. Unsure what to do he did this a few months back and we did cc and after 2 nights was back to normal but was worried it was more to do with teething this time than refusing to sleep but I’m not so convinced after last night now 😑 has anyone else been through this or going through this ? Was starting to think he didn’t like his cot and to take one side off but he’s such a wiggler he never stays at one end of the bed 🙈
