Tampon help I’m scared

I’m 15 and I just got my period a few months ago and well I’m scared to use a tampon. And I’m going to a beach holiday tomorrow and guess what I got my period today. But it just with my dad and my younger sister. So I have no idea how to use a tampon and my mum helping me with it tomorrow morning before we leave but I’m scared of doing it when I’m there all by myself and I can’t ask for help you know :( because the whole time I’m there I’m gonna be swimming at the beach 😰😭😫

(P.S my younger sister doesn’t have her period so she can’t help and well you know my dad can’t lol and while writing this I’m crying because I’m freaking out 😭

Ok everyone update: so today we left and I’m in the car and well my mum tried to use a tampon then when it went up there for some reason I fainted :( no joke I couldn’t see and I stared breaking down. It was soo uncomfortable and it hurt soo much and I was so tense and freaking out so yeah the whole time I’ve been here I’m just using liners because I’m heel alight and dry and well being one of those hippies 😂😰😫 but then I was wearing my bikini and all my blood got into my shorts (my really nice pair) :(
