Miss the heavy weights
I lifted pretty heavy before I got pregnant and it’s killing a part of me to be working out so light. I know it’s all about doing things safely and being healthy for my baby and I’m okay with that. It’s just hard to have to cut out whole body parts in my workouts and have to only do half the weight. Not trying to brag or anything, just needed to vent/complain/commiserate about something that is unique to being pregnant that no one else around me gets.
