2DPO or 3DPO?

Which do you agree with- FF or Glow? I’m only asking because I’m supposed to start progesterone suppositories 3DPO. I’m sure it wouldn’t be a huge deal to be a day late, but obviously if I can avoid it I will.

I’m going through same thing. I had multiple positive opk so I discarded and went off my peak on cb advanced. Ff and glow are diff for me too. We are cycle buddies!

I think with tomorrow’s temp, Ff will
Move your O day to a day later. It has dotted crosshairs right now which means it’s confused. The negative OPKs could also be throwing it off-you don’t have those logged into Glow
