Do Pampers Pure diapers have the umbilical cord notch? (Newborn size)

If not, are there any other sensitive/natural disposable diapers that do have an umbilical cord notch?

I’ve always just folded the top of the diaper down without trouble.  I fold it in, not out so that it stays better.  🤷🏼‍♀️

I wouldn’t go crazy stocking up. My son was /is allergic to all things pampers, even their pure line.
