Twin birth options?

This might seem like a lame question but, I was wondering are twin or multiples vaginal births or c-section or does it just depend on the circumstances of each person?

Depends. I think they try to prepare you mentally for the chance it can end in a c-section but each is different. I would say talk to your OB and tell them your birth plan.

There are so many things that go into consideration. The health of the babies, the mother's health, how the pregnancy has been going and maybe even more that I'm not thinking of right now. The same goes for a singleton. Sometimes babies just can't handle the stress of a vaginal birth and a c-section has to be done.

It depends not only on the woman and her pregnancy, but also on the hospital. The hospital I originally planned to deliver at (kinda small, local hospital) does not have 24/7 immediate access to the OR (a surgical team would be called in from home in the night time or on weekends) so my dr wouldn't allow me to risk delivering vaginally there. If the second baby needed to be an emergency c-section it would just take too long. So these kinds of issues may factor in as well.

I think it depends as well. I very possibly have a bicornuate (heart shaped) uterus and my first baby was breech and I had a csection. Before we discovered I was having twins, my doc said we would try for vaginal, but after we discovered it was twins, he said it will be another csection.
