Worried

Still no af not even the slightest pain. Had what I thought could have being implantation bleeding on the 17th-19th of August. But someone told me it was af starring which never happened cos was only there for 1 1/2 and not enough to fill a pad just heavy when I went toilet and wiped. Symptoms are extreme tiredness, severe back pain, nausea, constant headaches, lower abdomen pain and mild upper leg cramps. Took a digital the other day and was negative. Am I out or could I still be pregnant?
