CoSleeping?!

How many mommas are co sleeping?

I ebf and at night I've noticed I start her out in the packnplay next to the bed but then just end up bringing her into bed w me side nurse and co sleep

I did this w my first but not until he was few months old

We started out using a co sleeper next to the bed, switched it with a swing then tried a bouncer in the actual bed, nothing worked. Three days ago we started co sleeping and it's been so much better. Not many plan on co sleeping but when you've only had 2 hours of sleep a night for over a week you'll try whatever you need to.

We bought a next to bed co sleeper but she has yet to spend a minute in it. She can't sleep except for on a human being. It's freaking me out. I am scared of having her in bed with us but I don't know what else to do. She also doesn't sleep anywhere near 2-3 hours. More like an hour at a time. She's not quite done cluster feeding.

Did it with my first after a hellish three weeks of no sleep and crying like mad on the couch once I started co sleeping everything was great, started co sleeping from day one with this one and I still love it! Went to church when she was four days old and everyone was amazed at how rested I looked and that I was there.

Wasn't our plan either but half the time when I get up to feed him we both end up falling asleep, and when I move him back to the sleeper in the pack 'n play, he wakes up and starts crying. He'll sleep for maybe 40 minutes in that, or three hours in bed, so it seems like a total no-brainer to me. Looking around for options for a co-sleeper we can attach to the bed so I can ease my conscience a little but still get a good night's sleep.

My little man sleeps best when being held or cuddled up next to us, so he sleeps in bed with us. I EBF and I am very aware of him during the night and wake as soon as he starts to stir and I am able to then change his diaper and feed him without him wake up to much, so he falls back to sleep easily.

It scares me to do it. But we co-sleep, it's the only way he will sleep and stay asleep for 3 hours if not a little longer, much easier to nurse too.

We didn't plan on it at all but our girl will only sleep if she's being held so with us it is.
