A sign?

My boyfriend said that he had a dream that I was pregnant, I had the baby and it was a boy. I'm not pregnant (Aunt Flo just left) but should we be worried? We never use condoms and I'm thinking of buying some just in case. Anybody else's SO had a dream like this and it actually came true?

I had an ex have a dream I was pregnant years ago. The really weird thing was one of his friends also had a dream that I was the same night. We just laughed about about it. But about a week later I found out I was pregnant. I think it was just a really strange coinsidence. We ended up losing the baby, which no one dreamed would happen...my now husband has dreams periodically that I'm pregnant basically since we started dating. And I'm not. If you are worried take a test. And unless you are trying, you need to use some kind of BC. Whether it be condoms, the pill, nuvaring, etc
