Do you feel like it is your responsibility to warn a human her new partner is a domestic abuser?

Not my situation — this girl I know watched her boss beat his wife so badly to the point of blood on the ceilings of the hotel, he got arrested for it & now has a girlfriend and fears for her life. She’s torn between telling the new girlfriend and staying shut. What would you do?

From my own experience it doesn’t work, they don’t listen! I warned 2 of my ex’s girlfriends and they both claimed I was jealous and wanted him back 🤷‍♀️ I was like no I’m just warning you he’s a violent abusive manipulative ass! They eventually learned and he’s currently moved on again 🙄

I think you should tell them. 90% of the time it won’t do anything they won’t believe you but at least you tried right 🤷🏻‍♀️

Can she anonymously email/mail/ect a copy of the police report or a newspaper article, or whatever that states what he did to her? Then it'd be anonymous proof

As much as I’d love to warn every future woman that will come in contact with my ex-husband, it just isn’t logical. Unfortunately he’s such a master manipulator, they’ll never believe me, they’ll think I’m just bitter from our marriage ending (I left him due to his cheating, physical and emotional abuse, but he told everyone the opposite). But they find out pretty quick. From what I’ve heard he doesn’t last more than a year with anyone because he quickly slips back into his abusive tendencies.
