Back pain
Hi, I’m 5 weeks post delivery. I had to have 2 epidurals and emergency c-section. I was extremely nauseous and could barely eat for 2 weeks. I’ve lost a ton of muscle tone and have been suffering from extreme upper back pain. Anyone else??? Any suggestions??
