Lovey?

Anyone’s baby have a lovey or fave stuffed animal? If so, is it something you let them sleep with? Thinking we need something to help soothe during the night

We have two loveys, but I haven’t let her sleep with one yet!

Yes and yes! Under the Nile dolls.. my son sleeps with his under the Nile frog and lion. If she cusses I give her “dolly” and she’s fine.

My daughter doesn’t have a lovey but I have one of her stuffed animals in her crib with her, along with three pacis and one toy. She will occasionally wake up around 3 am and she will play with those until she falls back asleep about an hour later.

He prefers a bunny. It’s small like an activity mat toy. He doesn’t sleep with it. But he does sleep with his wubbanubs and has for a long time

Ha I was just wondering this today! I read that lovies can help with self-soothing so am tempted to give her one to sleep with. Was going to do some googling and see what people say about them at this age.

I let her sleep with it because I monitor her from the monitor but when I go to bed I take it out of her crib

I let mine sleep with her stuffed animal pacifier holder.

Our LO holds her soft burp cloth when she falls asleep for naps, but we keep a really close eye on her on the video monitor when she has one. She's never done anything with it that obstructed her breathing, but I haven't let her have one at night yet. I do think it would probably help her fall back asleep if she had it!
