What to take when u have a cold?

I have been ttc for 3 months now. Just got my peek fertility yesterday. I also woke up with a nasty sinus cold! I was going to take something over the counter but didn't want to mess with my ovulation. Does anyone know what is safe to take when you are ovulating that won't mess with it? Don't want to ruin my chances this month. Thanks and baby dust to all!

Mucinex!!! Some women even take it to help their cm. I would do mucinex, vitamin c and zinc.

Robitussin, and  Tylenol cold are okay to use while ttc and while pregnant

Thanks! One of my friends made a comment to not take certain things, didn't say what things, but it could effect my cervical mucus. Just don't want to ruin my chances this month because of a silly cold!

Unless you're pregnant you should be fine. I personally take zinc and vitamin c, and also sudafed (the good kind) and drink lots of water, as well as honey tea. I try not to take antibiotics unless I really need them. Feel better!
