I don't know what to do!

Okay so about 5 days ago I got a faint BFP so the day after the next I go to the doctors to confirm and it's negative went home and took one it was a faint faint line then the next day nothing and then the next. I have had absolutely no spotting,or cramping. I'm so scared I don't know what to do I'm 9 days late and now I'm getting nervous,and paranoid all in the same. What should I do?
