Beautiful women, do you have a hard time finding friends?

Being a beautiful woman, I find it very hard to have good female friends. They all tore me down and are jealous of me. I feel very lonely. Do you feel the same?

Beautiful women are lonely. And when combined with intelligence most people will not approach you. People do get jealous and will ascribe all sorts of negative behaviors because of beauty. I’ve never been pretentious. It’s hard for me to admit now that I was and am beautiful. But, it’s true. And, I’m uncomfortable with writing this because this is something you are never supposed to acknowledge without shame. People will hate on you. I’m not rude or discourteous. I’m not selfish or thoughtless. In fact, I know I always give more than I receive. I’m very quiet and don’t want to draw attention to myself and don’t expect anything to be given to me. I’ve always worked very hard at getting perfect grades because I never wanted anyone to say I got anything because of my looks. But, people still say everything came easy to me. Things did not come easy. I was not rich, just a girl from a working class family. And now I am the top 2%. But, there is nothing I can do to prove to that I actually worked for what I have. I don’t dress up, rarely wear makeup, and generally don’t want to call attention to myself. I always dress like a lady and try to behave the same way. I truly am nice, respectful and truthful, I say things with facts and logic, but I’m often not included in party events. My fiance told me before the real reason is because I’m the girl who has everything and no one wants that girl around.

Obviously beauty is subjective and like other responders suggested, there was something about you people don't like for whatever reason they have. To assume it is solely from looks is very vain and an ugly characteristic. But again that is just how I see this situation. 🤷‍♀️

Nope, but then again, something is wrong with either those friends or you if you’re assuming it’s beauty that is the issue. I have the best girlfriends in the world, and at least 2/4 of us are very attractive. Neither of us have ever has issues with making female friends. Looks shouldn’t really factor into friendship.
But we also don’t really walk around calling ourselves “beautiful” in regular conversation. I can def see that being a turnoff in a friend regardless of their sex.

Some people are just jealous of you whether it’s because you are more attractive, thin, clever, have more money and a better job, a baby. I have found since becoming pregnant a lot of ‘friends’arent really friends anymore. People always show their true colours and true friends will always be there to support you no matter what you are going through. I personally have never been a jealous friend and I celebrate my friends successes. It’s a shame not everyone is genuine x

I’d say I’m decent looking on the outside and I don’t have any issues with making girl friends whatsoever. This post seems weird to me and akin to those “I can’t be friends with girls. They’re all drama. Only guys like me” things. Which is generally just...lame. Girls are great. I’d die without my girl friends.
