To start off me and my boyfriend have been together since 2016, I was 16 and he was 19. We were not the best couple, we fought a lot and his mother hates me because of this in early 2018 we took a break for 6 months and it really helped me to work on myself and our relationship is amazing now we don’t fight. He doesn’t tell his parents we are together again because he doesn’t want to piss them off. I don’t think we will have a future because of his mother. Imo she truly is a awful human being, for one thing she treats her own son like garbage but he doesn’t see it. Back when we fought a lot she threatened to shoot me. If me and him were to ever get married I wouldn’t want her there and if we had kids I wouldn’t want her around them. I don’t know if I should even be with him anymore because of his own mother. Our relationship revolves around her which I mean he basically keeps me a secret from her.
