PCOS, ovulating but no ewcm

So this is my first time posting (just got glow after a friend recommended it) and I have a question. My husband and I have been ttc for 3 1/2 years for bby number 2 and I found out last october I have pcos. I had a miscarriage last april another in december and another in may.

Today is my first positive opk since my miscarriage. Yay!

But I'm not having any ewcm just really watery. Can u still concieve with this? I bought some preseed just in case but am worried I won't ever be able to concieve :(

We have wanted another child for so long and it takes forever for me to get pregnant then I miscarry. I just need any advice :(
