I’m nearly 7 weeks . I’ve had brown discharge and yesterday I had red blood but not to much, been to hospital they examined me no scan but said they couldn’t see anything to worry and sent me home saying I couldn’t go back unless I’m soaking a pad or passing clots , but last night I had such bad cramps it reduced me to tears and lasted about an hour slight more bleeding but no clots , I rang hospital but they said they can’t do anything just take paracetamol, I’m trying to stay positive but so hard I think I’m having a miscarriage but still have no clue , anyone else been through this
