How active was your baby right before active labor??

Question

Im 39 weeks pregnant( 2cm dialated and 80% effaced last doctor's appointment) and last week my baby wasnt that active at all sometimes i didnt even realize i didnt feel her move all day until someone had asked me about her movements. Last night and this morning she has been really active and i have literally been peeing every hr b/c shes been sitting on my bladder. Anyone else experience this right b4 going into labor??

Any change is movements should be reported to your midwife asap! Whether they be reduced movement or overly active!! Xx

I had a little gymnast from the get-go. The thing that was more active right before labor for me was my digestive system, haha. I had serious cramps and was running to the bathroom all morning before my contractions started.  They eventually stalled out and stopped, so I went home for the night. Next morning the bathroom was my best friend again, and then the contractions came back. This time labor progressed and my daughter was born.

My baby was very active my entire pregnancy. I didn’t feel any different when I went into labor. I was making breakfast and all of a sudden my water broke
