Miscarriage ?

I’m currently 4 weeks pregnant and I think I’m having a miscarriage I’m having a lot of cramping and a red pink brown discharge kinda like a light period. Anyone every experience this I’m not sure if I should go to urgent care or wait it out to find out what happens

I am currently going through the same thing. I went to the ER yesterday because of bleeding that was pinkish/brown and my levels are okay and baby is to size but no heartbeat because I’m just now 6 weeks so they said it’s in a gray area right now. I go back Monday to see if the hcg levels are rising or dropping to determine if I’m having a MC or if it’s something else. I say just go to be safe you won’t regret it either way because it’ll at least put your mind at ease either way.

I had a miscarriage at 5w3d and it started with a lot of cramping with a little brown discharge then I started bleeding bright red... I’ll be praying for you!!💞

I think you’re just spotting and I feel like it’s normal being how early you are. If you cramps are unbearable then go to doc but I had this at 9 weeks and now I’m 23 weeks and everything is okay.

Sounds like a miscarriage. Go to the ER. I had a miscarriage with my first pregnancy at 7 weeks. And it was the same thing you are describing

If it is a miscarriage,  I'm really sorry.  There's nothing that can be done,  there's no need to go anywhere unless you really need pain relief.
