Possible miscarriage?

Getting seen tomorrow as the doctor told me to go in tomorrow and get a US done.

I’m currently 4 weeks and 4 days pregnant. Yesterday I started spotting lightly.. and then it progressively started getting heavier.. this morning I had a lot of blood but in all, no clots.

I’ve read some women have had bleeding during pregnancy and were okay..

I’ve read having multiples can cause this too, maybe it is uterus trying to expand quicker.

But I’m terrified I am miscarrying.. I’m a high-risk because of severe pre-eclampsia that my 1year old now, was born at 25 weeks.

Is this the start? If you’ve had one? Should I be concerned.

First pictures was yesterday.. and progresses during night and last one this morning.
