Home made remedy tea/infused water

Tammy • Married. Expecting #1 with PCOS (after month 15)

I make this tea/water whenever I start to feel under the weather and it helps with a lot of the symptoms. Would highly recommend to others. I always make it for sick family members (i.e. for colds, flus, sore throats).

Tea:

- 1 mug of pure filtered cold water

- 1 decaf tea bag of choice (optional)

- small knob of fresh ginger (grated or sliced into strips)

- 1 cinnamon stick

- fresh mint leaves (optional)

- few slices of lemon

- pure honey to taste (agave if vegan)

Brew all ingredients together for about 5 mins. Drink while it's still warm/hot. Recommended having in morning and evening. It will "flush out your system".

For infused water:

Same ingredients as above (omit out tea bag). Add tsp of apple cider vinegar (with the mother). Bottle up. Drink at room temp or chilled throughout the day.
