You're thinking of the daith piercing and no it doesn't help with anxiety. I've had mine pierced for almost 10 years and my anxiety has only gotten worse over the years.

Ask for the shenmen I have it it hits the nerves right in the middle of the ear it’s really unique and you can wear any labret/lip stub in it it’s really cute and works to a point I haven’t had as many anxiety attacks since I got it done ❤️❤️❤️
