5 weeks along. Doing things around the house and I’m short of breath? Bad like had to sit down? Anyway else get this? Started to panic also had slight uterus cramping

It’s horrible. I’m only 5 Weeks and 2 days and I have to wear sea bands on both wrist. The mornings are the worst not being able to breath because it makes me lightheaded and gives me morning sickness. Idk if laying down is making it worse or not because that’s all o have been able to do and it seems to not be getting better. I have no energy and can’t go to work some days.

Yes!!!!!! I worked out hard everyday until I found out I was pregnant. I am backing off a bit until I get further along (currently 5 wks 3 days). But I am constantly out of breath, I won’t even be doing anything but walking and I have to rest!

Yesss this keeps happening to me, even when telling people a story I feel like I can’t breathe lol! But when I take laundry up and down the stairs I am soo out of breath it freaks me out!
