Pregnant after withdrawal bleed?

If I have sex a few days before my withdrawal bleed, my boyfriend came inside me by accident, and then get my withdrawal bleed, is there a chance I could still get pregnant from this instance and get a positive test in 4 weeks even after having my bleed? I know with a period this wouldn’t be the case as the egg wouldnt have been fertilised, but I don’t know how it works for the pill. I’m new to it so any help appreciated

Your questioning is a little confusing but I’ll try my best to answer.
The pill should prevent pregnancy through a combination of changing the cervical mucus, preventing ovulation and also changing the lining of the uterus to prevent implantation of a fertilised egg.
It depends when you began taking the pill and if you are on a combination pill or progesterone only. Generally they take a week to become effective. You also need to take the pill at the same time each time for maximum effectiveness.
As with all birth control it is not 100% effective. I conceived my first baby at 19 while taking the pill. I personally recommend still using a condom alongside to prevent pregnancy and STDs.
